Yoga Nidra Teacher Trainings
in Switzerland & Online
Yoga Nidra is a threshold—an invitation to meet yourself in stillness, to listen deeply, and to awaken the light of your soul.
Art of Deep Rest
This timeless method of guided relaxation — sometimes called yogic sleep — is much more than rest. It is a doorway into expanded states of awareness, self-healing, and bliss.
I share Yoga Nidra in many ways: through teacher trainings, weekly community classes, ceremonial gatherings, and recorded practices you can carry with you wherever you are. Whether you feel called to study deeply, to practice in community, or to rest quietly at home, you are warmly invited.
For those who feel called to guide others or want to deepen their personal practice, I offer in-depth Yoga Nidra Teacher Trainings in Zurich, online, and internationally. Each training weaves yogic tradition, philosophy, and modern science with embodied practice.
Why Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice that leads you into the space between wakefulness and sleep. In this liminal state, the nervous system deeply regenerates, the mind unwinds, and consciousness expands.
Benefits include:
- Profound relaxation & nervous system regulation
- Relief from stress, anxiety, and insomnia
- Healing support for chronic pain and hormonal imbalances
- Support for PTSD, depression, and emotional resilience
- Enhanced creativity, clarity, and problem-solving
- Deepened meditation and spiritual insight
- Improved heart, brain, and metabolic health
Modern research now confirms what yogic wisdom has long taught: Yoga Nidra changes brainwaves, lowers cortisol, improves sleep, and awakens new levels of vitality and balance.

Weekly Yin & Nidra Community Class
Every week in Zurich, I guide a Yin & Yoga Nidra community class — a gentle space to release tension, recharge the nervous system, and arrive home to yourself. The practice combines slow, grounding Yin Yoga with deep rest in Yoga Nidra. Every last Monday of the month, there’s a special class with sound healing. Spaces are limited!
Yoga Nidra Ceremony
Bhakti · Cacao · Community
I host Yoga Nidra Ceremonies in the beautiful Be:Life in Zurich. These evenings weave rest with devotion: Yoga Nidra held in ceremony with Bhakti chanting, cacao medicine, and community connection.
They are spaces to pause, soften, and remember your essence, carried by music, ritual, and the sweetness of rest.
Yoga Nidra Healing Experience
A personal journey into deep rest and soul connection
Yoga Nidra has been a life-changing practice in my own path — easing pain, opening intuition, and teaching me to honor rest as sacred. In the Yoga Nidra Healing Experience, we co-create a personalised session (in person or online) that meets your current needs — whether for nervous system restoration, emotional release, spiritual connection, or creative inspiration.
You’ll also receive a recording so the practice can continue to support you in daily life. Optional sound healing and cacao can be included to deepen the experience.
Yoga Nidra on Spotify
My full library of Yoga Nidra practices is now available on Spotify, both in English and Swiss German — with new recordings added regularly. A few selected Nidras remain freely available here on my website, so you always have simple access to rest.
