A Journey into Embodied Spirituality
Are you feeling tired of constantly holding everything together?
Do you long for more rest, more clarity, and more connection to yourself?
Are you a space holder, teacher, healer, or caregiver who feels drained at the end of the day and feels like there is little left to give – not even to yourself?
Do you feel that there is more to know, experience, and teach beyond movement alone?
Maybe there is a part of you that already knows that what you are looking for cannot be found through more doing, but through learning how to listen differently.
Enter the Healing Space of Deep Rest
Yoga Nidra is more than a method. It is a doorway into presence, a sanctuary of stillness, and a bridge between the everyday and the vast light of the soul.
It is a state of being — a state of being fully present. And with this presence comes the promise of freedom. In order to claim this freedom, you need to embody it fully. Embodying this presence has nothing to do with studying more, creating content, performing in a certain way, or saying the right words.
It all has to do with relationship… Relationship with yourself, relationship with your participants, relationship with the practice.
You long to trust your intuition completely and fully step into the fullest version of yourself as a Yoga Teacher. Being a Yoga Teacher is so much more than teaching sun salutations — you know that by now. And still, there may be a part within you that is performing or lacking confidence. When practising or teaching Yoga Nidra, there is slowly and gently less and less of that, as everything that has been clouding your truest essence begins to fall away.

About Your Guide: Flavia Ghidossi
Welcome to my Yoga Nidra world. I am an international yoga teacher, Shamanic Reiki Master, and mentor. For over 10 years, Yoga Nidra has been my daily companion—supporting me through chronic pain, guiding me into deeper self-connection, and teaching me the power of rest.
Yoga Nidra entered my life by accident during a two-year journey through South America many years ago. Over time, it slowly became one of the main focuses of my work. I have witnessed for myself how this practice—and the commitment to it—began to sustainably shift and transform my nervous system. Not only was I able to recover almost fully from extreme chronic pain, but I also found a way to regulate stress and discover a new rhythm of creativity and rest that once felt unimaginable.
Yoga Nidra has completely changed my life, and I am here to guide you into this deep transformation.
My main Yoga Nidra teacher is Michele Loew (Clear Light Yoga Nidra, blending Vajrayana Buddhism with classical Yoga Nidra). I also bring a background from classical Bihar School, alongside influences from other traditions, always sharing in a way that is accessible, nourishing, and deeply transformative.
Why Yoga Nidra?
As the body begins to soften and the nervous system slowly moves out of survival and into safety, many aspects of the Self finally have the space to be recognized for what they truly are. Physical, energetic, mental, and emotional patterns can begin to transform and a more authentic Self can slowly shine forth. The beauty of Yoga Nidra is that it is effortless.
Again and again, I have witnessed how deep rest creates space for healing, creativity, insight, and transformation—not only within myself but also within my many students in community classes, workshops, ceremonies, teacher trainings, and through messages from strangers listening to my Spotify recordings.
Yoga Nidra is not only a practice of deep relaxation. It is also an exploration into consciousness itself. How deeply can I rest? How deeply can I surrender? What happens when there is nothing left to do but simply be?
