40H Yoga Nidra Foundation
17 – 18 October & 7 – 8 November 2026 in Zurich
A Journey into Embodied Spirituality
Enter the Healing Space of Deep Rest
Yoga Nidra is more than a method. It is a doorway into presence, a sanctuary of stillness, and a bridge between the everyday and the vast light of the soul.
This 40H foundation training invites you to explore Yoga Nidra as both a deeply personal practice and a skill you can share with others.
Together, we will weave tradition, philosophy, and science into a living, embodied experience of rest and awareness.
Over two weekends, we will explore Yoga Nidra as both a deeply healing practice and a powerful teaching tool. You will learn to guide sessions with authenticity, develop your own daily practice, and discover how Yoga Nidra can transform body, mind, and spirit.

About Flavia
I am an international yoga teacher (E-RYT), Shamanic Reiki Master, and mentor. For almost 10 years, Yoga Nidra has been my daily companion—supporting me through chronic pain, guiding me into deeper self-connection, and teaching me the power of rest.
Yoga Nidra has been at the heart of my practice and teaching for nearly a decade. I first encountered it during a teacher training in Peru, and it has since transformed my life—helping me recover from chronic pain, regulate stress, and discover a new rhythm of creativity and rest.
I have studied with teachers such as Michele Loew (Clear Light Yoga Nidra, blending Vajrayana Buddhism with classical Yoga Nidra) and bring influences from many traditions, always sharing in a way that is accessible, nourishing, and deeply transformative.
