You already know Yoga Nidra. You have rested in the space between thoughts. Now another journey begins — finer, deeper, quieter.
This training is not a repetition of techniques. It is an invitation to refine perception, to embody presence, and to meet the most subtle layers of your being. At a certain point, it is no longer the technique that holds space — but your presence. This immersion supports you in teaching from the inner field: not from memory, but from embodied experience.

This advanced training is a portal — a living experiential space for remembrance and transcendence. Across four days, we follow the thread of what already lives within you: wisdom that rests beneath the surface, carried in the body, waiting to be seen.

- Trauma-informed approach – self-regulation and Polyvagal theory
The Focus of this Training
We journey into the most subtle koshas:
- Vijnanamaya Kosha — the sheath of wisdom
- Anandamaya Kosha — the sheath of bliss
These subtle layers open the doorway into deep meditative states where self-healing, release, and profound inner satisfaction naturally unfold.
Through practices such as shadow work, ancestral connection, and the study of sacred texts, you will strengthen your understanding of Yoga Nidra, consciousness, and bliss — transforming inner wisdom into embodied teaching.
We will also explore the “8 Stages of Dissolution” from Vajrayana Buddhism, a map of transformation between all thresholds of existence (life–death, sleep–wakefulness, being–becoming).
Daily Structure (subject to small changes)
- 09:00 – 09:45 · Morning practice & meditation/mantra
- 10:00 – 12:30 · Philosophy & theory
- 12:30 – 14:00 · Lunch break
- 14:00 – 15:30 · Yoga Nidra theory & methods
- 15:45 – 16:30 · Teaching practice
- 16:30 – 17:30 · Long Yoga Nidra practice
You will experience 1–2 Yoga Nidras daily (45–60 minutes), alongside theory, group exploration, and guided teaching practice.

- Investment: CHF 1350.– (payment plans available; 1 karma place at 40% discount in exchange for studio support)
- Certification: Yoga Alliance YACEP (35H). Upon completion you receive a certificate.

- Required Reading: Kamini Desai, Yoga Nidra: The Art of Transformational Sleep (2017, English only).
- Course Materials: Provided online or in print at the start of training.
About Flavia
Flavia Ghidossi is an international Yoga Nidra teacher and trainer whose work is rooted in the union of yogic wisdom, subtle body exploration, and the restorative practice of conscious rest. For nearly a decade, Yoga Nidra has been the foundation of her personal practice and teaching. She shares this practice in weekly classes, ceremonial gatherings, retreats, and teacher trainings in Zurich, online and abroad. Her approach invites students into deep inner listening and into remembrance of the innate clarity and stillness already present within. Through her guidance, Yoga Nidra becomes a pathway to nervous system regulation, creativity, and soulful connection.
