Year 1: The Portal — Ayni Medicine Wheel
A Yearlong Training in Shamanism, Connection to the Natural World, and Energy Healing for the Self and Others
This training is an initiation into a way of living that is deeply rooted in your soul’s longing. Your soul longs to be connected, to trust, to expand, to feel abundant, and to be present with the cycles of life.
The Ayni Medicine Wheel is designed to expand you in ways unimagined before. It is a portal into the deepest aspects of your soul — a journey that flows and unfolds in magical and unexpected ways. Working with a medicine wheel is a never-ending story: first the channels of creation and energy are opened, then the path begins to unfold, before deepening into your essence and finally grounding into the medicine you came here to share.
By the end of this year, you will have received attunements into Shamanic Reiki Levels I, II, and Master, learned how to hold ceremonies for yourself and others, and developed your own healing practice. Most importantly, you will embody a deeper connection to yourself, to Spirit, and to the web of life.
What to Expect
Over the course of four seasonal spirals aligned with the Celtic festivals, we move through shamanic Reiki practices, ceremony, and plant spirit connection. Each spiral offers its own teachings: initiation into Reiki levels I–III, cleansing with the elements, ancestral healing, advanced energy practices, and deep work with soul retrieval and past lives.
Along the way, you will be supported by Yoga Nidra, sound and prayer practices, and voice activation, as well as practical teachings on creating herbal remedies such as tinctures, oils, and essences. You will also receive audio practices and mentoring sessions between weekends to anchor the work into your daily life.
This year is not just training. It is a lived experience — one that reshapes your relationship to rest, to the natural world, and to the vast intelligence of Spirit.
Intention of the Medicine Wheel

The Ayni School
The Ayni School is the heart of Flavia Ghidossi’s work. It is a living school of earth-based wisdom, spiritual remembrance, and embodied healing. The Ayni School is not a system to follow, but a return to an ancient knowing that lives inside the body, the land, and the breath.
Flavia founded the Ayni School after many years of studying and teaching Yoga Nidra, Karuna Holy Fire and Shamanic Reiki, plant spirit medicine, subtle body anatomy, and earth-honoring ritual traditions. Her path has evolved through dedicated practice, extensive training, and time spent in the mountains, forests, and rivers that have shaped her understanding of relationship and belonging. Her work is rooted in the principle of ayni — sacred reciprocity — the remembrance that we are always in exchange with the living world.
Flavia’s teaching is characterized by clarity, groundedness, and gentleness. She creates spaces where the nervous system can soften, where intuition becomes trustworthy, and where students remember that their medicine is already within them. Her role is not to define the path, but to help each person recognize and walk their own.
The Ayni School is not just a training. It is a homecoming — to the body, to the earth, to the unseen, to the soul.
