Energiemandala: Spring Retreat

Thursday 7 May – Sunday 10 May 2026
Karunahaus – with Flavia Ghidossi & Beatrice Arnold

4 Days in the Alps to Awaken with Spring

As the earth blooms in spring, so can you. In this retreat, we journey from stillness into full expression — guided by the rhythms of nature, the medicine of cacao, and the nourishing power of community.

We begin by listening inward: slowing down, sensing the subtle polarities within, and grounding deeply into our bodies. From this place of presence, we open into movement, expression, and the joy of blossoming into our fullest potential.

These four days weave together yoga and meditation, singing circles, sound journeys, cacao and fire ceremonies, and moments of pure rest. Nestled in the Swiss Alps, the Karunahaus offers a natural sanctuary to recharge, remember your essence, and return home to yourself.

The retreat will be held in Swiss German.

About Flavia

Flavia facilitates group spaces that weave together song, ceremony, rest, and shared presence. Whether through Bhakti singing circles, cacao ceremonies, or Yoga Nidra gatherings, her intention is to create environments where people feel welcomed, seen, and connected to something larger than themselves. Her group offerings invite participants to soften into the heart, to rest deeply, and to remember the nourishment of community. Her facilitation is gentle and spacious, rooted in trust, intuitive listening, and the shared joy of being together.

Flavia Ghidossi creates heart-centered group experiences designed to deepen connection, community and spiritual flow. Her offerings include weekly Yin & Yoga Nidra classes, Bhakti Singing Circles, cacao & ritual evenings, plant-spirit retreats, as well as offerings as a gro. These gatherings provide sacred pauses in the rhythm of modern life, where participants may rest, sing, move, connect and remember the resonance of their own hearts. Each group session invites shared presence, playful exploration and the quiet power of collective transformation.
