Group Offerings
Healing Experiences in Community
The Power of Community
When we gather in circle, something magical happens. The breath slows down, the heart opens and the invisible threads between us grow stronger. In these shared spaces, we remember that we belong — to ourselves, to each other, to the Earth.
My group offerings are an invitation to step into this field of connection, where movement, stillness, sound, and ceremony weave together into experiences that nourish your spirit and support your transformation. My group offerings take place in Zurich’s yoga studios, in my private practice, outdoors in nature, or in retreat centers all around the world. I hold each gathering with deep care, presence, and intention.
My Group Offerings
Weekly Yin & Yoga Nidra Community Class – Zurich (Swiss German)
A gentle Monday evening ritual to release tension, restore balance, and deeply rest. We begin with soothing Yin postures, then move into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation for complete relaxation.
Every last Monday of the month: Yin & Nidra with Sound Bath.
Cacao Ceremonies – Zurich & International (Swiss German & English)
Sacred, heart-opening gatherings with ceremonial cacao to support connection, clarity, and healing. I love offering cacao ceremonies – there’s something truly magical that happens when we come together and connect with this plant medicine. Our hearts can open in such a gentle, caring and sustainable way. And since we are in community, we all get to share the vulnerability that comes with being in tune with the energies of the universe.
Bhakti Singing Circles – with Zoe Sara in Zurich (Swiss German & English)
A joyful and heart-opening gathering where we sing mantras and medicine songs from various wisdom traditions. Accompanied by live instruments, these circles invite you to connect with your voice, the music, and the magic of community — no singing experience needed.
Yoga & Plant Spirit Retreats – Switzerland & abroad (Swiss German & English)
Transformative retreats combining yoga, meditation, cacao, ceremony, and the wisdom of master plant teachers. Each gathering offers a unique theme — from seasonal energy work in the Swiss Alps to deep plant medicine journeys — always held in beautiful, nourishing locations that support rest, renewal, and connection.
