Each week, we explore the calming combination of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Gentle Yin postures invite deep fascial release and relaxation, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation that brings profound rest and inner peace. This class is ideal for releasing stress, supporting the nervous system, and replenishing your energy.
