Yoga Nidra Healing Experience
A deeply personalised guided Yoga Nidra journey — in person or online — designed to restore your body, calm your mind, and reconnect you to your soul. Includes a pre-session call, and for in-person sessions, a recording of your personalised Yoga Nidra to continue at home. Optional sound healing and ceremonial cacao available in-person.
Shamanic Reiki & Karuna Holy Fire Reiki

Private Cacao Ceremonies
Unique ceremonies created just for you, using high-quality ceremonial cacao and guided by the traditions of cacao ritual. Sessions can include gentle movement, medicine songs & voice activation, shamanic elements, and Reiki as desired.
Perfect for: retreats, birthdays, life transitions, motherhood & fertility journeys, engagements, and celebrations of love.

A fully personalised Yoga Nidra experience designed just for you. Together, we create a guided journey based on your needs, intentions, and themes in your life.
- Live Yoga Nidra Ceremony either online or in person in Zurich.
- Includes a customised audio recording for you to listen whenever you need it the most.
- Option to add sound healing with different healing vibrations.
- In-person option to enjoy a cup of ceremonial cacao to open to the wisdom of your heart and enhance spiritual guidance during the session.

My name is Flavia Ghidossi, and my life’s work is to guide people back into connection — with themselves, with the Earth, and with Spirit. I offer spaces where you can remember who you are at your essence and feel supported as you step into your soul’s purpose.
Through ceremony, movement, sound, and stillness, I support you in exploring your energy, connecting with your own wisdom, and building a sense of safety and belonging.
My work is rooted in the deep connection between yoga, shamanism, Reiki, and the cyclical wisdom of nature. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to teaching, guiding, and creating spaces for transformation — through Yoga Nidra, Yin, Reiki trainings, cacao ceremonies, retreats, and mentorships.
