Welcome to my world of embodied spirituality, rest and devotion. My name is Flavia Ghidossi and I would love to be your guide for deepening your spiritual path in an embodied way.

I’m thrilled that you have found my page and I’d love to introduce you to my world. I’m a Swiss teacher and mentor who specialises in embodied spirituality through the lenses of shamanism, reiki and yogic studies. I’ve been honored to guide students from all over the world in finding alignment with their soul’s & heart’s gifts and how to navigate the spaces in between.

There are many avenues on how to work with me and I’d love for you to find the one that works best for your path to find more embodiment in the spirituality that you’re meant to live in your day-to-day life.

Butterfly Medicine 🦋

I offer 1:1 Shamanic Reiki or Karuna Holy Fire Reiki sessions in-person in Zurich, or as distance healing. This is for you if you want to start tapping into the power of self-healing and are not afraid of making the energetic changes needed. I guide you gently and securely through the different steps in anchoring your energy field into a higher frequency that is aligned with your most abundant self.

It’s one of the biggest joys in my life seeing what transforms for my students when we come together to share intentionally. For almost a decade I’ve been teaching weekly yoga classes, cacao ceremonies, singing circles and shamanic ceremonies & retreats in co-creation with the natural world. This is the space where a community is created sustainably.

If you’ve already started on your spiritual path and are ready to dive deeper and find your own medicine, I offer 1:1 mentorships tailored to your needs to expand your spiritual vision and your gifts. I also offer Shamanic/Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Master Attunements to anchor new frequencies into your field. This work is for you if you’re ready to claim your power and sovereignty.

Owl Medicine 🦉

I’ve been a student of yoga for almost two decades and have specialized in Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), yin yoga, nondual tantric teachings and bhakti. I offer yoga nidra trainings in-person and online, and international 200h and 300h YTT in South/Central America and Bali. I’m eternally grateful for the yogic path and the devotion that it has taught me for spirit and the universe.

The heart of my work

If you’re interested in all of the above, I offer a yearlong course in Switzerland where we go through a medicine wheel and explore different soul aspects through shamanism, ritual work, soul healing with reiki energy. This year is supported by plant spirit healing, bhakti and yoga nidra. It is a year of deep transformation in a group setting where I’ve combined all that I have learned on my path. In this one-of-a-kind training you will receive Reiki Level 1, 2 and Master attunements.

I am a medical doctor. I work in the emergency room and last year after an online yoga nidra course I was called in my soul to work with Flavia. It’s quite possibly the best decision I have made. It was an intuitive leap of faith. I told my boss I was going part-time and started a trauma informed course, somatic course and 1:1 with Flavia. I see Flavia as a spiritual mentor, a guide and everything is deeply trauma informed. She is a teacher who empowers me, teaches love and compassion and is so divinely human. I live only a few hours from Sedona - an energy mecca - filled with shaman and spiritual teachings and I went on zoom and flew to Switzerland with Flavia. Why? Because when I met someone who lives and breathes respect and devotion while being culturally respectful and without appropriation I knew this was my teacher. She has only encouraged me to learn from others, to take care of myself, use my voice and has seen me only for my possibilities. When I suffered a great loss this spring, I lost something I love: the ability to dance. We can be taught steps, but how do we teach rhythm? How do we teach grace? How do we teach authenticity? It’s a different education outside of classrooms and nurtured through wonderful guides. I am so grateful to find my dance again through this mentorship. I am so grateful to have taken this leap as I have nothing but love for Flavia. I hope everyone can be so lucky to have such a teacher. And as a testament to her humility, she didn’t even ask for me to write this reflection.
