What is Yoga? Through the connection of mind, body and spirit we can enter a colorful and multilayered world which wisdoms and insights can transform and mutate every single area of your life. Through Vinyasa and Hatha flows that incorporate body postures, breathing techniques and meditation work you will discover your true inner Self.

In a Yin Yoga class the focus lies on a sequence of asanas (body postures) on the mat that are held for a couple of minutes. Due to the holding of the postures for a longer time the practicioner is able to go deep into the fascial tissue that supports the whole of our body, where many tensions and misalignments of our daily lives are stored. With Yin Yoga there is the opportunity to stretch, transform and build muscles and fascial tissue with a more gentle and deep kind of physical practice. During this class one goes deep into a meditative state in which one is able to let go completely, receives the chance to be fully present and do something whole for the body, mind and spirit.

Meditation (dhyana) is one of the eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga described by Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras. Through inner silence and peace we discover more about the deep surges of our being. Who am I? What are my deepest wishes? What occupies my true being? What is my purpose in life? With the help of meditation techniques we can address these and other big questions concerning our personal and interpersonal life from new perspectives. The participants have the change to find a new access to their Self and to a deep inner calmness through various meditation techniques (mindfulness, visualisation, chakra and energy work).

Energy work is an holistic approach to tackle troubling issues that might affect everyday life from a deeper level. Working with a pendulum, reiki energy, healing crystals and the chakra system I work with the subtle energy body to restore its equilibrium and heal it. Next to chakra balancing I offer soul retrievals based on the Peruvian Shamanic tradition. Also, I offer individual reiki sessions, soul work and healing based on asanas, meditation, pranayama, nutrition and shamanism for longer periods of time.
